Highly disappointed with my experience today. I’ve gotten my hair done here once before by Jackie and I absolutely loved it. This time, everything was fine when I arrived but quickly went downhill! I scheduled for a closure sew in with one person and was informed that she would not be doing my service, but instead someone else that I didn’t book with. I was not told until after I was already washed and braided; by then it was too late. This was extremely upsetting due to the fact that there’s a specific portion of booking that ask who you would like, or if anyone is fine. On top of that, the deposit is half of the cost of the service to be rendered in most cases. Why pay such a high amount to book and be told you aren’t getting what you paid for? I am not entirely impressed with my hair either, as it took a long time to complete (over 5 hours including washing and braiding) and the style looks very unnatural. This isn’t due to the type of hair I provided, which is what I was told, but the lack of experience or knowledge, etc. I’ve used similar products and brands of hair with other beauticians and it’s never been an issue. I had high expectations of the salon but it was unfortunately short lived with the lack of professionalism and integrity. I hope this changes in the future to give new clients the experience advertised.

I have had two experiences with this amazing Beauty Bar the last two weeks and both were wonderful. Jay has done my daughters crochet braids as well as mines. She is such a wonderful person and her work is on point. She is very helpful and explains to you while asking questions on what it is you would like. Her customer service is awesome. We both my daughter and I are very satisfied customers. The atmosphere of Booji Beauty Bar is beautiful. All the women are respectful and very mimd. The Bar is clean and the decor is beautiful. They even offer you as the customer coffee. I must say I will recommend them and they most definitely have new client in me and my daughter. Ask for Jay she is awesome.

The salon was beautiful with a welcoming atmosphere. The only thing I was displeased with was the ending result of my hair. I got medium Knotless braids. The stylist did not put enough braids to make the style look full and the braids seem to be different sizes. I am unable to style the braids how I would like. All in all a okay experience.

I’ve been a customer of booji beauty since 2019 and I can’t sing their praises enough. They make you feel like family. This is a places of no judgement and absolute support. They are so professional and have suggestions but always listen to what you want. I’ve never left the salon feeling anything less than beautiful. Watching this company grow has been a privilege. I hope they surpass all goals and all people see how truly wonderful this company is. Jasmine you’re building a wonderful community and a beautiful legacy, thank you.
